How to delete remove documents on the Portal
1. Once you are logged into the portal, click on the
assessments tab

Click on the “Edit assessments” tab
3.
Scroll down to the question in which there is an
expired document.
4. Once you have identified the question, click on
“Remove” to remove the uploaded document (Kindly note that you'll be prompted to select "in progress" first and then re-edit the answer choice after uploading the document) (Alternatively, in stead of removing the attached document first, you can begin with step 5 below i.e uploading the updated document and then finalize with step 4 ié removing the outdated document)

Under the question is a tab labelled “upload
document”, click on the same and upload the document.
