1. Log in to the portal and click on invitations on the left-hand side menu options
2. On the far-right hand side, click on “make invitation”
a. If you are inviting an organization that already exists (check if you are not certain), click on the drop-down list and choose the organization you would like to invite
b. If you are inviting an organization that does not exist, click on can’t find organization" enter email address of the organization to invite
3. Choose the assessment type and the tier you would like them to complete the assessment
4. Set a completion date
5. Click on “send invitation” to notify the organization.
