How is the % compliance determined/ What is the logic used to determine whether the org is x or y % compliant?

The compliance score on the portal is calculated as follows:

[number of questions responded to with YES] / [total number of questions excluding any responded to with N/A] *100

This therefore means that:

1. When an organization selects 'no' this makes them not compliant and effects their compliance score

2. When an organization selects 'yes' this makes them compliant and increases their compliance score

3. When an organization selects 'non applicable' this has no impact on their compliance score but does contribute to the completed % score.

The pre-certification assessment percentage is an indication of the extent to which an organization is ready for GFGP certification. The organization must be 100% compliant in the pre-certification assessment on the portal to give confidence to the CB that they are ready for the certification. This means having all the required Policies, Processes and Procedures in place.

NB: The scoring in the portal is based on the responses provided by the organization as it is a self- assessment.
