Can an institution have more than one certification?

Only one single certification to the appropriate Tier of GFGP is allowed. However, an organization may upgrade their certification to a higher tier ,if it meets the requirements of that tier. GFGP requirements are cumulative in that (i) Bronze Certification covers only Bronze Tier, (ii) Silver Certification covers both Bronze and Silver Tiers, (iii) Gold Certification covers Bronze, Silver and Gold Tiers, while Platinum Certification covers all the Tiers of the GFGP Standard.
